Research Abstract |
Some issues have raised problems these days. How should care workers participate in the field of regal? Can care workers substitute for lawyers? Do related regulations forbid this plot and skill as paralegal? We have deliberated on these issues and approached them legally. It is necessary to examine these circumstances so that legal liabilities of care workers will become clearer. Yet the approach has either been neglected or not incorporated into service provision. This study will help to make such a contribution. Using application of stakeholder analysis, by organizing the interest felt by care workers, the implications of treatment agendas and legal policies are considered.
