Research Abstract |
On the basis of a study of newly graduated staff at social welfare facilities and university students majoring in social welfare, I suggest ways to prevent job resignations by newly graduated staff at social welfare facilities. These are as follows : (1) social welfare facilities ought to provide social support to their newly graduated staff, (2) universities ought to train students in social skills and motivate them for the job, (3) social welfare facilities and universities, jointly, ought to provide job experience opportunities both to the students who had been promised employment and those who hope to work in those facilities.
