Research Abstract

ストレスの管理やストレス関連疾患の予防のために、ストレスの客観的評価が求められている。本研究では、唾液中のデヒドロエピアンドロステロン(DHEA)や硫酸基結合型DHEA(DHEA-S)によるストレス評価の可能性を検討するために、急性ストレス(暗算・スピーチ課題)・長期的ストレス(2週間の幼稚園実習)事態におけるDHEA・DHEA-S濃度の変動を検討した。DHEA・DHEA-Sは急性ストレス・長期的ストレスのどちらに対しても値の上昇を示した。これらのことから、両者の物質はストレス評価に有用なことが示唆された。
