Research Abstract |
Children often adjust their language in their writing according to audience. In this research, both Japanese and British children adjust their expression at word, visual, quantity level. Japanese children especially have various means to adjust their expression. Moreover, they have metacognition of their adjustments at letter and visual level in their writing process.
