Research Abstract |
By using numerical simulations , we have studied transport phenomena in accretions disks around stars. In particular we focused on protoplanetary disks around young stars and pointed out that MHD turbulence plays an essential role in not only in outward transport of angular momentum but driving disk winds from disk surfaces for the first time.
