Research Abstract

月惑星大気光の超高分散分光観測を目標としたファブリペロー干渉計に用いる高精度平面鏡の開発を行った。圧電素子を用いた鏡面間隔制御を行い、鏡面間の平行度調整精度を上げることで計測精度を上げ、300/λの平面鏡の開発に成功した。
