Research Abstract	将来惑星探査において惑星起源イオンの同位体分析を目的とした高分解能TOF型質量分析器の開発を行った。線形2段型加速とリフレクトロンの原理を基に衛星搭載を考慮した小型軽量な分析器を数値シミュレーションによって設計し、その結果を基に分析器を実際に製作し性能試験を行った。数値モデルと実際の試験結果を比較し性能の妥当性を確認した。
