Research Abstract |
In this research, I have noted photo-induced magnetic (PIM) materials of ferromagnetic spinel oxides and produced higher efficient PIM thin films at room temperature by varying kinds of and amount of dopants. Moreover, I have tried to make tunnel magneto resistance-typed hetero-junction with the PIM layer and insulator layer to control magneto-electronic properties by light.
