Research Abstract |
I developed three asymmetric fabricated surfaces using the obliqu efemtosecond laser irradiation. Conducting feeding experiments of microparts, I verified that microparts could be fed along on each fabricated surface. Formulating contact between fabricated surfaces and a micropart based on measurement, I derived micropart dynamics including adhesion. I assessed validity of the derived dynamics by comparison of experimental results and feeding simulation of microparts using the derived dynamics.
