Research Abstract

水溶液電解法を用いて、三次元構造を有するCu_2O/ZnO薄膜太陽電池を作製した。電解条件を検討することで、c軸優先配向のZnOナノピラーアレイを透明導電膜付きガラス基板上に析出させ、さらに先端をピラミッド形状に制御することに成功した。また、硫酸銅-乳酸浴から電解析出したCu_2Oの結晶形態は、電解浴のpHと電解電流密度に大きく依存することに着目し、ZnOナノピラー上への良好なヘテロ接合形成に成功した。
