Research Abstract |
A torsional shearing test which is able to avoid stress concentration inevitable in conventional shear tests. By virtue of the proposed test, bonding strength of steel and concrete interface has been evaluated. Throughout a series of the torsional shearing tests, the relation between concrete strength and bonding strength has been revealed.
