Research Abstract |
It is becoming clear that certain metabolites play significant roles in participating in important cellular functions. In order to clarify their cellular function, applicant synthesized metabolite mimics and investigated the functions by mixing them with various biomolecules. As a result, synthetic metabolites possessing certain chemical structures showed profound effect on the stabilization and activation of cellular biomolecules.
