Research Abstract

本研究では,B細胞抗原レセプター(BCR)との親和性の異なる抗原でB細胞を刺激することによるB細胞の応答性の変化およびそのメカニズムを解析し,これをもとにアレルギーを起こさないようにB細胞の機能を制御する方法を確立することを目的とした.本研究の結果,表面構造を変化させた抗原はT細胞に依存せずにB細胞に直接作用することで異なったB細胞応答を誘導することが明らかとなった.この際,BCRとの親和性が高い抗原はIgEを,低い抗原はIgG1を誘導しやすいことが示唆された.また,BCRとの親和性が異なる抗原が異なったB細胞応答を誘導するメカニズムとして,Sykなどの細胞内シグナル分子の活性化能が異なっていることが一因であることが示唆された.
