Research Abstract |
Corpora lutea in rats start to regress in the afternoon of diestrus 2. In the present study, metastin and gonadotropin releasing hormone were expressed stage-specifically, which was caused by estrogen from next-developing follicles. These findings could make contributions to avoidance of breeding disorders and fertility treatments.
