Research Abstract |
A mutation of RPGRIP1 gene cause progressive retinal atrophy (PRA) in miniature dachshund was reported. In the present study, we analyzed the expression of the RPGRIP1 gene in a healthy dog, and of RPGRIP1 molecules in cultured cells.
