Research Abstract |
A novel methodology to screen various target bioactive peptides has been examined. That is based on the group-specific immunoaffinity extraction followed by direct MALDI-TOF/MS analysis. This strategy can be used for any bioactive peptides as long as the antibodies are available. This could help for the efficient diagnostic/therapeutic marker discovery in a disease state.
