Research Abstract

ヒト薬物代謝酵素(CYP)の薬剤代謝能力を低コストで迅速に測定可能な新しい手法を開発するために、電気的にその能力を調べる技術開発を行った。様々な表面状態を有する電極の作製と試験を行った結果、酵素サイズのナノ凹凸を有する界面を用いると、電圧を印加して電流を計るだけの非常にシンプルな方法でCYPの薬剤代謝活性を計測できる可能性があることを発見した。本成果は安全で有効な薬物療法の実現に役立つ基盤技術になると考えられる。
