Research Abstract |
We showed that Bcl11b is the novel colon tumor suppressor gene in mice and human, and Bcl11b is strongly expressed in ISCs and TA cells. Analyses of Bcl11b mutants and γ-irradiation experiments suggest that Bcl11b play roles in suppression of oversupply of TA cells.
