Research Abstract |
We could successfully achieve effective myogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) by MyoD overexpression. This study suggests that MSCs would be a promising therapeutic tool for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy with allogenic transplantation.
