Research Abstract |
To reveal the importance of long untranslated regions in Nipah virus mRNAs, comparative analysis of gene expression efficiency using a dicistronic minigenome assay system was conducted. It was revealed that upstream gene shows higher transcription efficiency than downstream genes.
