Research Abstract |
プロテオーム解析手法である、MALDI-TOFMSペプチドプロファイリングシステムを川い、胃癌手術前後81例の血清、健常人コントロール66名の血清を網羅的に比較解析した.その結果、2種類の高分子キニノーゲン断片ペプチドが同定され、胃癌手術前の検体において有意に高レベルにあった。これら2種類のペプチドは従来のCEAやCA19-9といった腺癌マーカーよりも、特に甲期癌の検出に有川であった。
