Research Abstract |
Rapid detection of OprD alteration conferring carbapenem resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa was developed. To survey carbapenem resistance caused by OprD alteration, carbapenem-resistant P. aeruginosa isolates were collected from all over the country and detected the alteration using our newly developed methods.
