Research Abstract |
Since NoV forms many antigenically diverse groups, identification of the common NoV binding epitopes on host cells should be useful for the screening and diagnosis of NoV. In this study, I analyzed the recognition sites on histo blood group antigens by NoV with surface plasmon resonance assay, flow cytometry assays and x-ray crystallographic.
