Research Abstract

t(11 ; 18)(q21 ; q21)の遺伝子異常によるAPI2-MALT1キメラ遺伝子陽性例と陰性例で予後の異なるMALTリンパ腫に注目し症例対症研究を施行した。その結果はAPI2-MALT1キメラ遺伝子陽性のMALTリンパ腫発症にはH.Pyloliの感染が一因と考えられている胃十二指腸潰瘍の既往との相関がない事を示唆しており、API2-MALT1キメラ遺伝子陽性のMALTリンパ腫と陰性のMALTリンパ腫で病因が異なることが考えられた。
