Research Abstract

本研究では一年間の地域介入プログラムが5年後の運動・食習慣や生活機能に及ぼす影響について検討した。5年後の追跡調査の結果、全体の運動の実施頻度および肉類、いも類、果物類、油脂類などの摂取頻度は増加し、魚介類、牛乳の摂取頻度は有意に低下していた。また、介入プログラムを認識していることは、追跡時の運動習慣の継続や生活機能の維持に寄与する可能性が示唆された。
