Research Abstract |
Analyses of short tandem repeat (STR) markers are an essential component of forensic genetics. MiniPCR-SNPs (X-chromosome) system for 16 SNPs was newly devised in a present study. As a result of test on degraded DNA samples using the system, it proved to be a quite effective tools for analyzing degraded DNAs.
