Research Abstract

Aspergillus is a pathogenic fungus, which cause severe chronic pulmonary infection to human. In this study, we showed that Aspergillus could form biofilm in vitro. By placing a biofilm formed plastic tube into the lungs, we could develop a chronic mouse model of pulmonary asperdillosis.
