Research Abstract

The staining of HABP was enhanced in spongiosis. IL-4, IL-13, and IFN-・increased the hyaluronan production and enhanced the HAS3 mRNA expression by NHEK. Hyaluronan accumulation in the spongiotic epidermis was surrounded by keratinocytes.
