Research Abstract |
I established a experiment method to transplant human melanoma in immune-deficient mice. In this method, I examined the anti-tumor immunity against human malignant melanoma (Tanioka M, et al). In addition, I studied the role of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with malignant melanoma. I also established the in vitro method to evaluate chemosensitivity of melanoma to anti-cancer drugs.
