Research Abstract |
We investigated whether regulatory T cells (Treg cells) associated with the pathogenesis of severe drug eruptions. We have fined that the number of Treg cells and the expression of skin-homing receptors on Treg cells was significantly different between Drug-induced Hypersensitivity Syndrome (DIHS) and Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS).
