Research Abstract |
We performed DNA microarray analysis of total RNA obtained from peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris and atopic dermatitis patients. We focused on CCL23 and S100P relating with clinical symptoms and other blood data, and tried to develop focused array to detect these two genes with low costs and easy operation. However, developed focused array did not have enough sensitivity.
