| Research Abstract |
ヒト由来食道扁平上皮癌細胞株(TE-1)およびヒト由来頭頸部癌細胞株(LMF-4)でのX線照射後の細胞生残率を熱ショックタンパク90(Hsp90)シャペロンコンプレックス阻害剤である17-allylamino-17-demethoxygeldanamycin(17-AAG)を併用し検討した,照射に17-AAGを併用すると細胞生残率は有意に低下し相加的な殺細胞効果が認められた.これは本薬剤によるG2/M期の遷延が一因であると思われた.本薬剤による放射線増感効果が得られたが,今後の臨床応用にはさらに検討が必要と思われた.
