Research Abstract

PET分子イメージングの定量性の向上のために、部分容積効果および萎縮の影響を形態画像であるMRIの情報を用いて適切に補正し、関心領域の自動設定へと応用することを検討した。関心領域の自動設定に応用する為には、形態画像上に設定する関心領域のテンプレートをMRIの研究で用いられる汎用的なものではなく独自に作成する必要があること、MRIとPET画像との位置合わせで行われる画像のリスライスの工夫などの必要性が示唆された。
