Research Abstract

悪性中皮腫における受容体型チロシンキナーゼの活性化について抗体アレイを用いて網羅的に調べた結果、複数の受容体型チロシンキナーゼが活性化しており、中でも高頻度にMETとEGFRが同時に活性化していることを明らかにした。METおよびEGFR特異的阻害剤による効果を調べたところ、単剤処理では増殖に与える影響は弱かったが、併用にて強い増殖抑制が観察され、下流のシグナルであるAKTの活性化も低下がみられた。中皮腫においては複数の受容体型チロシンキナーゼ阻害剤の併用が有効であり、特にMETとEGFRの阻害剤の併用が有効である可能性が示唆された。
