Research Abstract |
Lung metastases was decreased depend on the inhibition of coagulation activity. Highly lung metastatic cell lines Wa9 and Co9 was successfully made using coagulation inhibited mice and wild mice, respectively. Analysis of expressed genes between Wild, Wa9 and Co9 by DNA array is currently in progress.
