Research Abstract |
Acute exposure to simvastatin induces a rapid increase in endothelial NO producton and that sevoflurane inhibits the statin-induced increase in NO production. Exposure to simvastatin for 15 min induced an increase in eNOS expression in BAECs, and sevoflurane inhibited the increase in statin-induced eNOS expression.
