Research Abstract

In hydropic or growth restricted fetuses, fetal isovolumetric contraction and relaxation time and fetal Augmentation index were altered in condition with deteriorated fetal cardiac contraction and peripheral circulation. In addition, these parameters could be used to evaluate the effect of fetal therapy. Based on these results, these parameters would be a new method to evaluate fetal circulation.
