Research Abstract |
Quantitative binding assay system to investigate the interaction between HPV18 E7 and RB was constructed as expression plasmids. Peptide construct including LxCxE motif showed a certain but labile amount of inhibitory effect .Adjustment of the peptide by adding a pentamerization domain showed stronger inhibitory effect. Cell viability assay did not show significant difference due to poor plasmid transfection efficiency. Adenovirus vectors expressing the pentamerized peptides were constructed for improvement.
