Research Abstract

有毛細胞が特異的に傷害される末梢前庭器に骨髄間葉系幹細胞(MSC)の移植を行い有毛細胞の再生の可否を検討した。その結果、移植したMSCの前庭への生着を認めたが、移植細胞の前庭有毛細胞への分化および機能的な回復は認めなかった。今後、さらに投与法や移植細胞の種類を検討する必要があると思われた。
