Research Abstract |
In this study, animal model of biliary atresia was established by extrahepatic bile duct ligation, poly I : C intra-peritoneal injection. Liver specimens from these models were applied for cDNA microarray. Interestingly, increasing mRNA expression were detected 1227 genes, including inflammation related gene and apotosis related genes,
