Research Abstract |
I created an experimental animal model of neuropathic pain on the inferior alveolar nerve by using a modified method of the neuropathy model created by Yonehara et al. 5-HT1B, 1F, 2A mRNAs were detected by RT-PCR in rat inferior alveolar nerve. However, expressions of serotonin receptors mRNAs were not shown significant change.
