Research Abstract |
The JAK/STAT pathway activated by INF-γ in oral keratinocytes and fibroblasts undertook an expressional control depending on cells and cytokines. Furthermore, the pathway affected to expression of chemokine such as CXCL10. It was expected to lead to not only the clarification of oral chronic inflammation appearance of disease mechanism but also new treatment and the development of the inspection method.
