Research Abstract |
Dkk1 is an inhibitor of Wnt signaling and inhibits bone formation. Recent studies show that anti-Dkk1 antibody is useful for the osteolytic disease including multiple myeloma and rheumatoid arthritis. We found that anti-Dkkl antibody induced osteoblast differentiation and calcification.
