Research Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make educational program to learn a nursing skill using simulator teaching materials. The subject is 65 nursing student before adult clinical practicum. We investigated the nursing skill of 30 items postoperative vital reaction and acute stage nursing with a simulator. And we examined whether it was practice to be helpful to nursing student.
The results indicated that the nursing student were able to offer many nursing skills to the patients. The training before practice was able to raise readiness of the nursing student.
