| Research Abstract |
Based on the interview with 21 living-donor liver transplantation recipients, we drafted a disease-specific QOL scale consisting of 64 items for living-donor liver transplantation recipients. All such items were considered to have a fair degree of face validity by transplant surgeons, coordinators, and nurses, as well as post-liver transplant recipients. We will conduct a longitudinal study to assess change over time in QOL in the recipients.
