| Research Abstract |
We conducted semi-structured interviews of people who have performed group reminiscence therapy. As an effect of the therapy on elderly care, we learnt that it influenced the respondents' attitudes to elderly people not only during therapy but also in daily life. We also discovered that, as the respondents gained a deeper understanding of reminiscence therapy through practice, their skill to perform it improved along with their realization of the difficulty to perform it effectively.
