Research Abstract

本研究は廃用性筋萎縮の予防及び治療に用いられている荷重と伸張運動による筋血流への効果を^<201>Tlトレーサー法で検討した。廃用性筋萎縮モデルラットを用いて筋血流を評価した結果、再荷重による筋血流行進効果が早期に現れることを確認した。伸張運動法の効果も検討した結果、間歇的伸張運動は速いサイクルで行うと血流促進が明確であった。持続的伸張運動も血流を促すが間歇的伸張運動より速効性がやや劣ることを示した。
