Research Abstract |
Multi-scale simulation is mainly aimed at integrating scientific knowledge through computational methods and across different physiological levels ; ranging from molecular level, genomic level, cellular level, organ level up to human body part level. In this study, we aim to integrate among some databases using ontologies such as Gene Ontology, MeSH Term and other related ontologies.
