Research Abstract |
Netrin-1 stimulation elevated shootin1 phosphorylation via PAK1. And phosphorylated shootin1 promoted neuronal polarity formation. These results suggest that extracellular molecule Netrin-1 regulates neuronal polarization by promoting shootin1 phosphorylation and activating its activity
