Research Abstract

The purpose of this research is an ink-jet printing for carbon nanotube for transparent conducting films. This research was reached to establish how to print carbon nanotube thin film on several substrates. In addition, this method can be used for semiconducting films. Finally, we made the high-performance carbon nanotube thin film transistor using only ink-jet printing.
